    9:18 – sub bench dip. I didn’t have rings or a dip apparatus. The bench dips were much easier. (Also, I was competing aginst all my sons home from school – a little added incentive!)

    I forgot to post my numbers for this work out.

    Total 22:38

    100x situps = 4:30
    60x Full dips = 12:20
    100x situps = 5:48

    I could only do this workout around 6:00 pm and the gym was crawling with people like an ant hill. It was more challenging getting on a dip bar than the actual workout. I had to cut my bar dips to 60 instead of 100 because I ran out of time and patience.
