    3/11/09 27:23. 30-lbs. (lowered weight from 35lbs. Did regular DB swings rather than right arm only but ended up “managing” the workout)

    I did this on Tuesday, March 17, as my hands were still raw from previous day’s pull-ups. B+ (50#) 34:39. I was a slow on the swings – had a hard time getting past the 10th swing mentally, and breaking.
