    Back squat 200 lbs. Time 33:09 The body rows took the longest to complete. This was one of those workouts, at least for me, that I didn’t feel until 30 minutes after it was over. My legs feel like noodles. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed this one.

    Back squat 165 lbs time 34:56 That is not my actual weight, but I wanted to make sure that I achieved proper depth on the squats. Jeff W.
