I don’t think I’ve done a pike-up yet. Is this the same thing as the “ab rocker” – or is this a straight back and you kind of jack-knife up into a “v”, bringing your hands down over your head and out in front to touch your toes? It’d be nice to have a video of this! (I found some wacky pike-up videos on youtube but they involved a stability ball or were part of a gymnastics/tumbling sequence).

Your “jacknife” description is accurate. Now that we have a video camera, we are going to begin repackaging the exercise descriptions into single video clips with accompanying text. Look for those soon.
