    Team,

    We had a very successful day today. No one used less than the prescribed weight, and not one person substituted bodyrows. This means, regardless of time to completion, everyone improved in capacity. Speaking of time to completion, Matt took 10 minutes off of his time from January 21, and Jeff took five minutes off of his.

    We’re going to roll out a pull-up challenge soon. Neil, John S., David O., Brent, Rebekka, Tamra, Kris and Joe–you will all lead the way.

    Really great job today, folks. Keep up the good work.
