    So, don’t really have suitable dumbbells and no weight bar…gets kinda unruly with a kg thingie…any suggestions?

    Neil,

    If you’re in kilograms, look for something around 40kg. Otherwise, you can substitute burpees—they’re roughly the same amount of work.

    Can we substitute 50lb dumb bell swings for the SDHP? If so, should I do 2X? Thanks.

    That sounds good—if you have a 70-lb. dumbbell, just substitute 1x.

    As rx’d 6:49 – challenging

    The 7 am Monday group class would like a life-size cardboard figure in the likeness of Mike, simply to have on hand at the stroke of 7 to ward-off penalty burpees. Awesome (3:02) time, Mike.

    7:27 with 95-lb. sumo deadlift high-pulls and chest to bar pull-ups.

    7:18 (sub jumping pullup, 2 risers)

    Gym was surprisingly empty and hassle-free at 4:30 pm. Take note. 🙂
