Coach: I don’t have a row..500M row = .25 miles? I do’nt have a deadlift either…can I sub it with something else? Also couldnt do yesterday’s WOD so I ran instead.

If you have dumbbells, you can substitute 50x sumo deadlift high-pulls with 20-lb. dumbbells for the 500m row. 20-lb = 9-kg, I think.
Also, dumbbells will work in place of a barbell for the deadlift. Do you have 60-kg dumbbells there? Or something close? Remember, with this substitution, the lift starts from the floor.

60-kg dumbbells are about 135-lbs. each. 35-kg dumbbells would be more appropriate.
