    Good work across the board today. Congratulations to Borja for grinding out all those repetitions and nailing the fastest time of the day—27:17!

    Neil, you did better. 702, way to come prepared.

    In other news, Matt started his pull-ups with 36 in a row—nabbing the new gym record for the most pull-ups.

    Now, get outside and enjoy the sunshine! That is an order!
