    If you have yet to do this workout, make sure that your snatches are complete—squat snatches (catch the dumbbell in the bottom of the squat). If you cannot do that, catch the dumbbell in the power position, and then finish the overhead squat. The snatch/overhead squat should be the most technically challenging part.

    For me: 4 rounds even. Used a 450m course. Did with my friend Katie, who used a 25-lb. dumbbell and got to 3 rounds + the whole run.

    Tod C – Four rounds, 400 meters, seven burpees

    I did this in lieu of the WOD – there was no bar at the hotel gym
