    Team,

In today’s workout, treat every single 20-second interval like it is the only interval that you do today. There is no gaming or pacing. Most importantly, move out of your comfort zone! Fly through your squats, and—with a tight midsection—bounce out of the bottom of each one.

    Do I see a 400 from anyone? 450?

Also, please remember the movement standards.

    Melody

My total score was 291. I subbed jump/kip pullups. The most difficult part was going from pullups to pushups. John S., thanks for being my score/time keeper. Jeff
