    …Following up from yesterday

The “Beer Mile” parameters are as follows

    4 rounds, for time
-drink one beer (12 oz bottle or can)*
    -run 400

*no portion of the beer may be spat out. a little bit of dribble out of the corners of the mouth is okay, but participants must make a good-faith attempt to swallow all of the beer. Failure to do so results in the participant opening and drinking another beer before running the next lap. Once the beer is swallowed, it may be expelled (i.e. puking does not count against you)

      Also Chicken Wings.

After each round 2 for men and 1 for women. The spicyness can be scaled according to your current ability.

        That’s brilliant, Sakar—a scalable food.

Sakar and I will not need scaling for this WOD, since we use siracha to cure dry-eye and tabasco to soothe minor cuts and burns.

Having done this once before, I can assure you that no matter how fast you do it (and I’ve seen people do this in 8 minutes), you feel pretty dizzy once you start the third lap.

My friend sent me this “You are What You Eat” website with pictures of peoples refrigerators. It definitely made me wonder what my fridge would say about me. I figured I would share since we’ve had so much discussion about nutrition and the benefits of having good food on hand.

p.s. I don’t care how paleo-tastic it may be I will NOT be keeping snakes in my fridge. I don’t care if that helps her bench 300-lbs or not.

Beer and Chicken Wings, some of my fav things to consume…siracha (OY!), Tabasco and a fair amount of puking…not so much!
