    i did the first mile just under 6
    then i did 20-40-60, followed by 16 rounds in Cindy (5-10-15) formation, followed by a 5:40ish mile.

    this was the hardest workout in a long long long time.

    happy freakin’ memorial day. i’m going to remember this one for a while.

    Today is a travel day for me, but I am looking forward to doing this workout tomorrow. It looks awesome!! I am sick, I know.

    Great time Mike! I am hoping for a sub 45 mins, but if I do it in less than 60 I will be happy.

    55 min — 1 mi run, 50 pull ups, 100 push ups, 150 squats, 1 mi run
    I hit failure.
