    BS: 175-185-190 (could have gone higher—had to end workout early, before last client of the day)

    Rushed through this workout just to get it in; probably should have taken longer breaks. No PR’s today.

      The easiest way to avoid this outcome is to search for the last time we performed front and back squats, check your results and start in a similar place.

    BS – 195-205x-185

    My last set of front squats was broken up into sets of 1. (no good)
    My back squats need to be performed a little more quickly. The last set of back squats was my most efficient set.
