    Melody, that is awesome!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Roselena, Neil, Matt W., Jeff W. and Rebekka. You guys coached and cheered me on throughout the workout. Today is one of those days where the finish line felt really far away. It meant so much to have encouragement and support from people who know what you’re capable of even before you do.

On a related note, good luck John. We’re all cheering you on!

Mayra, good job today. We really don’t know what we are capable of until we test ourselves. You are improving in all areas—that is evident to everyone.

Another kudos to Rebekka, who took nearly five minutes off her score from last time, and finished with the ladies’ top score!

One last note: John does not have access to the website while he is away, so if you are planning to wish him good luck prior to the ridiculously hard test he will be taking tomorrow, go ahead and send him a text message.

I have some coaching feedback. And this is a really opportune moment to share this, since John is out in NJ learning how to coach us better. Given his current lack of internet, I hope Mel will convey the message to him.

Yesterday, I worked out the same time as Mayra and Mel were having a session. And I got to see Mayra’s great performance (Well done Mayra! ). I also got to see the reason she did so well. The piece of coaching that really made a difference.

Right as they were getting started, Mayra and Mel had a conversation about hair and haircuts. There is not doubt in my mind this is the reason those double unders came so easily.

I know John is kinda stressed about the test tomorrow. Tell him I have infinite faith in his ability to teach the 9 basic movements well. What I really need to perform better, is for him to learn a bit more about Shampoos and Conditioners 🙂

    I don’t have his number?

However, I don’t think John needs any luck. He’s a rockstar and knows his shit. He’ll do fine and represent MPH.
