As many rounds as possible in how many minutes? Do we just keep going until we can’t do it anymore?

    I believe I did 7 rounds and 5 burpees.

(It’s 7 or 8 rounds. I lost track in the count. Probably 7 rounds.)

    Team,

The time domain today was 11 minutes, except for those working out on their own. They were all instructed to go for 13 minutes (sorry guys and gals, it pays to come in sometimes).

We ran this workout to see who would put themselves in harm’s way, so to speak, without knowing where the finish line was. Sometimes you just can’t know when the end is coming: that little metaphor for life is free, by the way.

Melody has the scores and will be posting them soon.
