    38.51 (sub: assisted pull up with 58 lbs)

    i tried to maintain full range of motion on the pull ups. They were mostly good but some that I counted in the set of 9, John might not have. 🙂

    maybe when the burpie challenge is over pull-up challenge is in order.

    It should be noted that Amy did her first 40 pull-ups as unassisted kipping pull-ups!
