        thx it felt good and focused. and afterwards it felt hungy

        breakfast was

        4 egg omlette with salmon, bacon + some potatoes + 1 slice of toast (sorry coach)…

        then 45 mins later on my way to work, i got hungry and ate a bunch of peanuts
