With a continuously running clock complete one pushup the first minute, two pushups the second minute, three pushups the third minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
This workout is scored by both the number of minutes and total pushups completed.

so I know we’ve done this before, but I’m blanking on how. We really do just 1 pushup the first minute? Working our way up per minute with more pushups? Sorry to ask such a “basic” question, but I think my brain must be completely fried! See you in a couple of hours!
