***Important Announcement***
Please try to make our information session and reception tonight. We ask that you RSVP within Sunday’s comments. There is much we have to say, and we will not be holding another such event. You may bring guests.

With a continuously running clock complete one pushup the first minute, two pushups the second minute, three pushups the third minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

This workout is scored by both the number of minutes and total pushups completed.

In case anyone is curious, the burpee rule is in effect for tomorrow.

so I know we’ve done this before, but I’m blanking on how. We really do just 1 pushup the first minute? Working our way up per minute with more pushups? Sorry to ask such a “basic” question, but I think my brain must be completely fried! See you in a couple of hours!
