    This workout should be completed outdoors—do NOT try it on the treadmill.

    Ran on the beach. Didn’t go backward would’ve tripped over some pre pubescent. About 10 min.

    I am way too clumsy to run backwards (remember the shins? Or when I nearly knocked myself unconscious with the jump rope? Or when I sprained my ankle twice in a year?), but did run around Roosevelt Island twice, which I think is about 2.5 miles. Took about 30 minutes.
