Read our house rules (click to enlarge):
There is no better way to open our facility than with a workout named after the hardest-working athlete we have ever had. Jeff W. is relentless in his pursuit of intensity, technique, strength and everything CrossFit. Almost everyday, Jeff practices (and practices, and practices) those exercises and skills that fail to meet his standards. What is more, after every workout, he critiques his efforts to be better the next time around. We cannot tell you how many times we have heard Jeff say, “So, when can we do this workout again?”
On top of all this, Jeff is an exceptionally nice fellow. The quintessential teammate, Jeff is never at a loss for an encouraging word, a congratulations or a helping hand. We are honored to train him.

John
Team,
Great first workout this morning—there was good energy and even better results.
We understand this week may bring some short-term challenges, and we hope you understand it will undoubtedly present some minor obstacles for us as well. If we seem a little scattered, rest assured that we will regain our bearings soon. In the spirit of candor, this morning was more or less a blur. This will all probably sink in days from now.
When you come in for the first time, we have some paperwork that must be completed, so give yourself a few extra minutes if you can.
Thank you again for all of your support.
Melody, Rebekka and John
Hey guys!
I had a blast this morning. Thanks for the new space. It felt like home.

i appreciate all the support I got, was feeling like crap and could not have finished with you’ll cheering me on. Jessica H in particular deserves a special mention, she has mild voice but used powerful words. Thanks Jessica!
you looked very powerful with the push jerk, Sak. And you really took those pushups head-on.
Anytime; we all cross the finish line together or not at all.
Thanks for the kind words (again) yesterday.
I really, really enjoyed the space. You’ve all done a terrific job creating a home for us, and the space had a good, fun vibe today. I look forward to many, many more workouts at MPH.
Congrats!

I’d like to echo Mike’s words, no thanks needed, being less than a block away has it’s advantages and it’s like my second home – you could prolly call me Norm, but I weigh less and would most likely answer to Susan – plus, I’m gonig to be around so much John would end up needing a “rule” to limit my time in the space 🙂
And once again, CONGRATS, i’ve been waiting for openning day since the day you posted the location.

Congrats again on getting this all started. The workout this morning was great and I look forward to continuing my crossfit education with everyone 🙂

Space was great, and I was so happy not to see all those..people from the other place. You know, the old couple, ankle guy, turtle and weird face, crooked lady on the cross-trainer, the naked ladies, etc.
