What a tremendous first week in our new home: Jeff W.’s Monday workout set the tone for a productive and supportive adventure, Joe P. proved big men can run, Mike S. had a three-hour workout throw-down, Mayra C. taught us about the Puh-lay-oh Diet, Tod C. and Debbie D. both PR’d in the deadlift—by a lot—and we made a few new friends in the neighborhood.
