WARNING WARNING!!! When you think you’re safe you aren’t….scratch Fran (and possible NARF) from your daily vocabulary (at least while in MPH Space)…otherwise Rule 0.1 – Fran Lite goes into affect! Just saying!

For men, it’s Fran at women’s weight. For women, I think it’s Fran at 45 lbs.

Is this our first stab at this workout because I don’t see our previous scores.

I’m a little disappointed that I don’t get credit for the puke-time. It was, after all, my first ever mid-WOD puke…

Shouldn’t you get a reward from the coaches besides the honor?

Thanks for the kind words, but I’m nowhere near finished until I can do actual pull-ups at your pace. 226# is too much to heave up and down. I’ll keep chasing you though.

Yeah Joe, well done!! I am curious about the row time. What number do I have to shoot for now?

He rowed that in 3:30—he was sub 3:20 until the last 150-200m, and then we shut it down so that he didn’t crash into the cleans. He picked up the bar at about 4:00.
