He rowed that in 3:30—he was sub 3:20 until the last 150-200m, and then we shut it down so that he didn’t crash into the cleans. He picked up the bar at about 4:00.

For men, it’s Fran at women’s weight. For women, I think it’s Fran at 45 lbs.
