There’s nothing like a group of grown men coming back from the run in “Michael” to Juice Newton’s Angel in the Morning–every round. Just ask the 8a boys (awesome work, Mel).

It was beautiful. I think I saw a tear in John’s eye.

Sakar P.: 38:58 (sub: 0.56 mile run, 25 lbs. swing)

[I’d like to note that Sakar never stopped moving, which is more than I can say for myself.]

It helped me get through all those swings and sit-ups. Thanks Melody. JW

If I do this one on my own, what were swings substituting for back extensions? If I have the ability to do the extensions, is that preferable? Trying to get to my other gym in Va.

      Debbie,

If you have the equipment to do back extensions, go ahead and do them. If not, use a 25-lb. dumbbell and do swings.
