Tabata Something Else
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first eight intervals are pull-ups, the second eight intervals are push-ups, the third eight intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last eight intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

This workout is scored by the total repetitions completed from all 32 intervals.

Compare results to May 15, 2009.

    ARGH 🙁 I don’t believe it: Well for my record..and this is not at all an official count:

    by the end of the pushups: 60
    by the end of round 3 of pull ups: 85
    then it starts getting fuzzy 🙂
    sit ups…hmmm…ya right
    sqauts, I average around 15 per round (I think).

    So there you have it…don’t forget to COUNT!

    So we can say with confidence, given a standard deviation of +-3%, Neil’s score would be ZERO! Nice.
