Today it was really amazing to feel the group spirit out there. Way to go everyone!
That was fun this morning. Perfect temperature and we got to tell off some random dude who seemed to have an anger-management problem. What more can you ask for in a workout? Jessica – that’s some pretty crazy consistent (and fast) times.
Agreed. That was fun. Especially watching Jess bomb around that last corner in round two, and Caitlin dancing in the street.
We forgot to tell him that the position of Guy with Anger Management Problem is full—and I’m really good at my job.
John
Yeah, Jess, you *dusted* me and Rob in the 2d round.
It all went according to plan — let you and Rob spend all your energy trying to win the first round so I could trounce you both on the second. [insert maniacal Coach Main laugh here].
Seriously though, Mike and Rob, 2:09 and 2:12? Dude. Can’t touch it.
“Dude. Can’t touch it.”
I hear MC Hammer, for some reason…
Not to take away from this mornings most excellent experience, but I’ve begun to expcerience the pre-wod gitters for FGB – so I did a search for it (naturally I was more inclinded to see my score from last time), but noted the post write up by John and Mel and thought how significant it is today as they were that day…talk about mental preparedness –

What’s a gitter, Neal? LOL. Thanks for taking us back to the first round. Great reminders.
ok…ok…. get ready for a real workout tomorrow! Can’t wait! Everybody get excited!
Ok I have just one question about tomorrow. No, it is not about the workout, that is self explanatory. My question is, who is going to count for Neil. I’m just sayin…
702
Ouch, the 7:00am class for tomorrow is full. That’s a lot of people who are gluttens for punishment. . . .
