I could have sworn I saw 155 on Dave O’s bar.

    Thanks, Mayra!

      Nope—you saw a 35-lb. bumper and a 10 on each side.

Ahh yes, those 35lbs create an optical illusion- way to go Dave- either way, you were pushin’ lots of poundage a great distance today!

Thanks for watching my back Ivy, but indeed it was 135. I would still be there if it was 155. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Susan welcome.

Ivy, Jen beat me to it but I too was very impressed by you today.

What ever happened to the proposed beer mile? Not that I’m trying to predict what’s coming Saturday or anything.

Coaches, did I have 95 or 105 lbs today on the bar for the front squat?

      Jess,

It was 95. We warmed up to 105, however.

I don’t know what the beer mile is, but I like the sound of it.

Not that I would participate, because I gave up drinking 4 years ago, but the “beer” mile sounds to me subbing body rows for pullups. If you are going to do this alcohol mile thingy then it should at the very least be Tequila.

Come guys and gals haven’t we learned anything from our coaches…

    P.S. Let the puking begin…

Since I’m contaminated did a half cindy in quarintine upon john’s suggestion.

    10 min
7 rounds + 7 push ups (sub: jumping pull ups)

My push up used to disintegrate around 30 and this time I managed 60 before slowing down. This crossfit stuff must be working ๐Ÿ™‚
