Thanks for the encouragement. It wasn’t my most shining moment – the mind WILL mess with you at every opportunity. I am looking forward to better performance in the future.
haven’t found a place to pull or push anything heavy, but will keep looking.
did the 100 x push, sit and squat
17:13
my wife did it in 15:57, with pushups from the knees, and lacked proper depth on the squats, but she still smoked me. next step, introduce her to the MPH crew.
Congrats, everyone! Amy, I wish I could be there for cheer you! Ivy! 225 NICE! Dave, great job. I am just disappointed I could not be there… Although because the cheated gym, I should just run, and I guess that is good to improve my terrible cardio condition! I did run 4 (miles or Km, I don´t know in what the machine was set)… in 31 minutes. Then, 50 pull ups in the smith machine, and 50 swings with a progression of weight (dumb bells) that could not identified. Think was a 25 kilos the last rep (very hard). And I realized that my plane ticket said I will be coming back on 14th not 12th!
Great job, everyone. I’ve missed the gym this week. I may live three blocks away, but can’t seem to get out of the office during gym hours. I look forward to getting back into the gym on Saturday. I heard something about a beer mile…

Congratulations 702, for nailing a one-rep PR during the warm-up—295-lbs. 300 is coming down soon.
John
Props to 702 for the PR. But also for the focus during the workout.
In fact his output was good enough to earn him a special bonus round 🙂
En serio, you looked solid Dave. Good work!
Nice Dave. Congrats!
Also want to give a shout out to Amy. Way to stick with it this morning!
Ditto on Amy! Way to stay in the game.

Thanks everyone, but I think the more impressive performance today was from Amy. She did not give in and pushed through to the finish. Nice work, Amy!
Watching Amy inspired me to work harder.
