SHOUTING ALL THE WAY FROM HERE! 😉 see u all in 3 days!
woot!
Congratulations, Ravi!
Thanks to the coaches, especially Rebekka, for your encouragement. Unfortunately, I let my frustration get the best of me today. I really am working on not shaking my head “No” – sometimes I don’t even realize I’m doing it.
That was a fantastic WOD…well, they are all fantastic…but I especially love the aspect of “sounds easy but ends up kicking ass.”
I am reeling in the glory of my picture on the cover today. This is better than the cover of The Rolling Stone! My agent will be contacting you regarding royalty payments and publishing rights.
I did notice however, besides my stunning good looks and golden locks of flowing hair, a few things from this pic:
1. My head looks as if I am about to explode.
2. Which could be a product of what is clearly my inability to breath when lifting.
3. And that my flexibility is that of a rutabaga. Thank god John has me doing daily drills to get that perfect form every time…even when the head is about to explode.
Looking forward to the WOD posting tomorrow and adapting to my hotel gym.
See y’all on Wednesday!
