    I like the new website layout. 🙂 Thanks as always for a great workout. I’ll be doing some light running and k.b. swings until next week. Saturday’s my powerlifting competitions. I’m excited to put my CF training to the test, since I didn’t do any traditional powerlifting training in preparation for this meet. I will post results on Saturday!

    800 Meter Treadmill Run
    Then,
    Three rounds of each:
    25 Body Rows off Smith Rack Bar
    20 Burpees while humming loudly the Turkish National Anthem
    25 45lb DB Swings
    No Encouragement from Others
    No Ass-Kicking from Melody (I needed it)
