    Sadly, I woke up still 5lbs over my preferred weight class one day out from competition, despite being immaculate with my diet (pure paleo) and following what has in the past been a successful way of cutting through water loading/deloading. So, I’m hungry right now, and thrirsty, but more than that, I’m really happy for all of you for your big weights and fast times on the snatches today! Fantastic work.

    Could not make it to the gym today due to terrible scheduling isssues. Did the following instead:

    1-2-3-4-4-3-2-2-1 dead hang pull ups

    31 burpies (1.21)

    50 push up
    50 lunges (25 lb behind neck)
    50 air squats
    50 swings (25 lb)
    time: 11.26
