    What is a good gym?

    A good gym is defined by the results of its clientele achieved through quality movements taught through quality coaching, NOT by a dazzling array of equipment, mirrors, balloons and ferns. I have been at MPH for one week now and Melody and John’s superior coaching has been evident since the warmup of my first WOD. Their attention to detail is meticulous and the atmosphere during a session is ALL BUSINESS. Their firm grounding in the fundamentals is invaluable to us as clients and their constant attention to the basics will enable us all to realize our full potential. I am not paying $200 a month for a pal/therapist/workout buddy. I am paying for first rate coaching and membership in a community of committed crossfitters with the common goal of being their best, no matter what their current level may be. I have been crossfitting for over two years and I am as excited now as I was when I first started. I eagerly look forward to a productive future at MPH. Thanks guys!
