That’s also a comment that might use a little more explanation. . . .
There was a question from yesterday about the best brand for fish oil. Many people in Crossfit (including Robb Wolf) recommend Costco’s Kirkland brand. It combines very good quality with a very good price. I personally use Nordic Naturals. It’s very high quality, but it’s also more expensive. I only take 1 serving a day, so the price doesn’t hit me as much as if I was taking 3-4 servings like many people.
Either way, remember that fish oil is perishable (like all Paleo foods). Refrigerate them and trust your senses. If it smells bad or tastes bad, throw it away. That’s a sign that the oil has become oxidized, which is not good for you.
