Nice work Mike, that was wicked fast. I hope to do this as RXed one day
I second that, great job today Mike. You crushed the back end of the workout.
thanks guys.
rob, again, congrats on the 45 pullups.
sean, it’ll come. just stick with it and the gas tank will grow.
also, big props to austin. i had a feeling he’d rip into this one. nice!
Pull-ups = torture
Yes but you knocked those squats out of the park. Not a single break!
Great work there Mike, Rob and Austin.
And Kris, I might not have been there, but trust me, I’ve heard about your feat with the squats…most excellent work! and it wasn’t Mayra on the blog either.

Gang,
Did anyone lose a key ring this morning? There is a funky looking key with a red rubber cap, along with a black plastic electronic tag with the number “19” on it…

Hi, I want to extend another invitation to the member-established Paleo blog to anyone who is interested in tracking his or her progress in eating a Paleo diet. It is an invitation only blog, so email me at ivy.lange@gmail.com to be added.
We noticed that most of the people on the blog now were clients of the Globo, so please feel free to join-especially if you just found MPH. You don’t need to be at the point of full commitment with Paleo. This can be inspirational, but we do encourage your participation through posting questions, etc.
Thanks for a great workout today, everyone. I like the benchmark WODs because you can see improvements over time.
Oh- forgot to add- Meghan, the photo today is an image of perfection. Kudos Girl!

Hotel Gym: Alone, painfully quiet, mirrors, Fox News on the T.V. (uggh), a man doing bicep curls and admiring himself, a strange look from a housekeeper – who was replenishing the water bottles – as I did my opening Primal Scream of Fury, and the sadness of a workout without all of you. You were missed today.
As Rx’d: 45:40 (Yes, there was a pull-up bar thank god.) (Most of the time was spent grinding through the pull-ups…the rest went fairly quick.
