Incredible job today. You came in, helped each other—which helped B-Kay and I tremendously, given that I have the plague—and put up some outstanding numbers. Everyone left with a personal best today. Read that last line again.

This workout was really made in the practice session afterward. Everyone worked to get better at something, and among other things, Ralph “jumped” rope for the first time in his life, Jenny M. got her first (three) pull-ups, and Austin got a muscle-up on his first try. Congratulations, you three.

I’m so fucking proud of you guys.

SOOOOOO bummed I missed this (and Filthy Fifty yesterday).

Congrats to everyone on their PRs and new skills!

John, man, I’m there with you … *cough cough* … when is this thing going to go away?

7AM Group…had fun today 🙂 thanks for da Tabata Bottom to Bottom Squats :), I actually feel that was a good way to end the workout and start my Friday!

The 8am group didn’t follow our lead? Sometimes, there is just no accounting for taste. Of course, I can’t walk up stairs at the moment, so maybe they had the right idea.

John and B-Kay thanks for coaching me through my first 100 lbs thrusters. Your confidence in me was a big help.

Jen – Congrats on the first pull up! Get it girl!
