    John, thanks for the push this morning to do this with the 65 lbs (well, really just the unquestioning “this is your bar” as we were warming up). Although I didn’t actually say it, I so did not think I was up for it, but once again, you were right…

      You’re welcome, Jenny. You’re a strong, motivated gal. It helps to know you pretty well, too—probably better than you think (that looks a lot creepier in print than it’s meant to, of course).

    I am still not feeling 100% but I wanted to try a workout today because I’m done with being sick. I did ten rounds for time: 10x pushup, 10x sit-up, 10x squat in 12:33.
