Shout out to Dave for being a great example of teammate.

Also we just had a fire drill at work. As I was coming up the stairs with a coworker he was telling me how he had been to a spinning class in the morning and his legs were fried. Then when we reached the fifth floor where we work he said, “wow I’m dying and you aren’t even winded.” I think you should all be proud of your efforts today. Now you know you can probably take most “spinners” in a staircase race 😉

Many thanks and apologizes to the 7a group and the coaches.

My performance was certainly less that acceptable and is something that I will learn from moving forward. My mental blocks and attitude pretty much set me up for failure (though Dave had no intention of letting that happen 🙂 ) from the beginning. This is something that I am going to work on to be a better athlete.

      Again, I appreciate everyone’s support.

      Sean

I look at Sean (whose handle I suggest he shorten to “Tank”) and see nothing but power. You have it in you.

This was a very mentally and physically challenging workout. Keep ’em coming coaches!

Yeah, awesome workout today coaches. I am still feeling pumped from it and if there was 135lb barbell infront of me right now I would be clean squatin’ it.

Rest today…but I want to tackle this one tomorrow in the hotel. It looks too good to pass up.

God I miss you all! Really. Now when I travel I have the emptiness of being without my wife and little girl as well as the hollow shell of a WOD without my team.

    I need a hug.
