    I wanted to congratulate all that achieved and surpassed themselves today. And a special shout out to the 7am. It was great witnessing Dave, Sid, Mayra, Jen and Jess work it and work it some more.

    Today was an awsome workout. Thanks to the 7am crew for making the atmosphere in the gym great. All that positive energy and seeing other people hit their PRs, like Jess right in the beginning of the workout hitting it like it was nothing, made me that much more determined that I would get mine today too. It was great to see almost everyone PR! What a perfect way to start the weekend.

    Nice scores, everyone. I can’t believe I missed a max deadlift day- it’s one of my favorite workouts.

    Great lifts/PRs today noon class. From passing by, I knew the box was gonna have the right bit of fight club. Today was my first visit and I was not disappointed. Really solid coaching staff and supportive crew. What more can you ask for? You guys are fortunate to have a great box like MPH, look forward to next time. Semper Fi.
