    In yesterday’s comments, Steve mentioned getting together for a paleo potluck. It just so happens, that Sakar and Mike have been gracious enough to open up their home for anyone who wishes to come over this Saturday (Nov. 7) to share their hunt and harvest.

    The first MPH paleo potluck will be hosted at The Treehouse, aka, Sakar P. and Mike S.’ s house.

    What: Paleo Potluck

    Where: The Treehouse PLEASE EMAIL SAKAR to RSVP and get the ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS! (We did not want to post their address and phone number on the public blog, so it is important that you email to get the info.)

    When: Nov 7 @ 7 PM

    What to Bring: Your favorite paleo food to share. Remember that the paleo food order of preference is lean meat, vegetables, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds. 🙂

    I want to say thanks to Mel for taking the extra time with me and Jen this morning. I got really frustrated at myself for not really “getting” this movement and I definatly appreciate the extra attention to detail so that I could complete the movement correctly by the end of the workout.

    Very, very bummed that I’ll be missing the Paleo potluck. I’m out of town the whole weekend. Be sure to eat lots of almond butter in my honor.
