Thanks for the correction! I liked my score today. Previously, I thought I wasn’t very good at the ohs, but today it felt like all the coaching finally clicked, and it just felt better. Less awkward. And stronger.
I would also like to thank my wife Hana and daughter Kinley who always had faith in my ability – even amidst my heart wrenching frustration. To Melody – my flexibility coach – who worked with me endlessly to properly shrug and squat in ways my body would never allow in the past. To my team at CrossFit MPH who always inspire me to greatness. To the Academy, for recognizing that art performed in the correct manner, without shortcuts and half-squats, is the only true art worth recognizing. And, finally, to Tenacious D, two men who gave me the courage yell “FUCK” with conviction and purpose.
