    John and I were talking about the “Globo-Gym” commercial in Dodgeball. I couldn’t find it on Youtube because of copyright restrictions. But I did find various lines from the commercial, which offer new ideas for the next MPH T-shirt:

    “It’s only your fault if you don’t hate yourself enough to do something about it.

    You`ll still be you in a legal sense, but think of it as a thinner, more attractive, better you than you could ever become without us.

      This is a outstanding, Rob. Gang, start thinking of new ideas for our next t-shirt, but please hold onto them for now.

      We’re going to put a contest out later this week for this very thing, and the prize will be something everyone wants…

    We did a backyard WOD today. 3 rounds of 2 minutes max reps log flips. I got 9,11,12; Dan’s score (with a MUCH heavier log) 3,4,8. Then I overhead squatted a smallish branch. Pics on my facebook page.
