Thanks Caitlin! I know the last time I tried this movement I wasn’t all that great at it, and while I still have a lot to work on I know it is the coaching that has made me able to improve by so much (I got a 25lb PR today!). Getting stronger and seeing improvement is a great feeling and I defiantly owe a big thanks to Mel, John and BK for helping me get that.
