Heavy deadlifts + alcohol + sleeping on the couch = bad idea.
Did a 1.2 mile run through the hood this a.m. 12:45. There are lots of hills, so it was a good workout even though it looks from my time that I must have walked it. Or could be heavy deadlifts + being out late + getting into a fenderbender on the way home (yep) = slow time.

Question=Hana is, as we speak, baking Paleo Pumpkin Muffins from Jen M’s recipe on the forum. So, how many can I eat in one sitting? If it’s Paleo does that mean I can eat 20 of them without fear? They sure smell good!!
