Unfortunately, I will miss this one. But because I want to improve on my burpees (and a whole lot of other stuff) I will come in and do them at a later date.
Does this mean that the 400 meter run backwards is then deducted from our time on the 800 meter run? Space/time continuum?
Was I hallucinating or did I not see a different metcon posted last night that involved running backwards?
don’t worry, not hallucinating – i think it was backward running + likely rain = much likelihood of falling down, therefore burpees…

You know, Michelle—the really excellent thing about burpees is that you can do them anywhere, anytime…like wherever you are, right now.

For a moment I had lost my dislike of burpees. I have now corrected that foolish notion.
