      Agreed—great work, Sid. There must be something in that Tennessee water. That, or your hard work keeps paying off.

      Also, congratulations on getting 100 overhead with a bum bum, Jenny. Keep Sean and his magical elbow on the task.

        COACH!!!! LOL THAT’s PAINFUL! I know I need an abacus or even a pen two hand and even my toes to keep track, but sometimes, I can count 🙂

        I have to say, def kudos for Sid on the overhead!

    Thanks Ivy! Congrats to you too for getting pull-ups without a band! I know you have been working on that for a while. It feels great to keep seeing improvements with each movement we do.
