    NICE times everyone!

BTW, this is the workout I observed from the treadmill at the globo that made me approach John and Melody and say, “I want in on that!”

    Just wanted to say thanks.

Last night I did not sleep well…a few things on my mind. On the way in to town this morning I was feeling unmotivated, sluggish and tired. I was not feeling much like working out and even had thoughts of bagging today’s workout all together. Instead, I made my way to MPH. As the 7a crew began to arrive I started to get excited about the workout. On the warm up run, the laughter, comradre and conversation picked me up even more.

Anyhow, long story made short, I got into the workout completed the WOD and then cheered on my fellow athletes.

By the time I left I was so up and ready for anything. A complete opposite of when I arrived…I feel great!

Whether you knew it or not you all (coaches and the 7a crew) made my day today. My sincere gratitude to all of you!

Hey, this is just more proof that Crossfit is the best part of my day!

I hope you all have a great day!

Neil, Don’t be too hard on yourself. You did move over 3 tons of weight today. 6,875 lbs to be exact. Nice job!

Thanks, this was one of those workouts that was short but intense. Steve – you doing this one today? I sense 4:15 in your future.

WOW! Impressive!! Nice job Mel and Christy!

So if I add the scores for the “Mavericks” and team “You Betcha” it looks like the Mavericks take another win…I’m just saying.

Strike that—Steve just came in and said, “I want a piece of this WOD.” Film at 5p.

Shout out to Sid as well!

Sid, while you were doing your WOD today Jess and I were admiring how your lifts have increased and improved over the past couple of months. Gives me something to shoot for!

    Great job.

Thanks Caitlin! It’s all in never saying no to the coaches when they tell you to lift heavier and heavier things.

It was a nice change to get to cheer for you and Jess this morning rather than vise versa since you two ladies are so fast! Great job this morning ladies and the rest of the 7am crew.
