then, “Bugaboo”
for time:
200x thruster @ 75/55-lbs.
When I saw this workout, I thought, ‘my god, has John has lost his mind?’, then I read the blog post accompanying bugaboo and I’m now ready to get on it. This is no way negates the validity of the question posed above though.
Shame on you for thinking John would name a WOD after a Destiny’s Child song.

My latest assessment of the difficulty of each workout I will face later on is derived from my morning drive-by of the Box in which I inspect the fogginess of the windows. If I can see in: not bad. If I can’t see a thing: god help me. This morning I drove by and it appeared that John had completely painted the windows with that fake Christmas snow. A bit like Santa’s Workshop on Christmas night. Now I see why. Not even my bedroom windows get that foggy.
Nice work Joe. Thank you to those from the 7am group who stuck around to cheer us on. JW
good job all, thanks to the 7AM and 8AM folks that got me going..and David O…DAMN YOU 🙂 thanks MAN! Please remind me that I need a calculator next time I do a 200 rep grinder… 😛
and JOE! WHAO!!! NICE WORK! glad I witnessed it!
Amazing morning.
Mel and Rebekka thank you for pushing me to get through it this morning.
It was good to have a gut check day and push through. I am lucky to have found you all at CrossFit MPH
THANK YOU!!!
Ralph xoxo
I am so bummed I missed this! I’ve wanted a Grace score for a long time. Sounds like a great day all around. I did “Angie” (100 pull up, 100 push up, 100 sit up, 100 squat) at Motor City Crossfit. 25:28 (light band on the pull ups).
Just wanted to say thank you. Your pain and sweat mean the world to my family and to all that are affected by SMA. -Ben Abruzzo (Bugaboo’s Dad)
I can honestly say that was the first WOD in a long time that left me flat-out dead. Thanks to John (Dave, John, and others yelling as I kinda blacked out) for staying on me to get Grace done. Also for laughing and cheering while I puked. Classy, but godbless. Under 3 min next time, I promise and great thanks to Mel and the 8am crew for keeping me brutally honest all the way through the full 200 thrusters. I know the technique training will pay off in competition.

Joe,
Way to leave nothing in the tank, literally and figuratively. Nice job, man!
