    Congratulations to those athletes who completed the Tabata plank finisher for the first time today. So far: Ravi, Rob, Joe P., Wayne, Koji and Lisa (did I miss anyone?).

    I maintain that as soon as about 75 percent of our athletes can complete this as prescribed, we’ll move on… … …

      I completed the Tabata plank finisher for the first time as well! I’ve only done it twice, but god I would like to move on from it!
