“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first eight intervals are pull-ups, the second eight intervals are push-ups, the third eight intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last eight intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
This workout is scored by the total repetitions completed from all 32 intervals.

Absolutely awesome numbers on both parts of the WOD everyone! I had a huge endorphen rush from this workout. How can you tell, you ask? Well here is the list of things I forgot today: as I was leaving the gym, realized I forgot to change out of my weight lifting shoes, but who cares so kept walking; at 17th street realized that I left my purse at the gym, so turned around to get that; almost (but not quite) forgot my shower supplies heading up to the shower in my office building; remembered that I forgot my towel when I was IN the shower. So, that’s how I know today was a particularly energizing workout.

Thanks for great coaching today. This was only the 2nd time I have done split jerks and your comments – particularly regarding foot position and pulling both legs back towards the torso – really helped me understand how to get this to work.
