Rest today.
A few of us were talking about this yesterday, so wanted to post the info. Sean and I signed up for a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share this summer/fall with Dragonfly Farms. Basically, you pay in advance for a share in the farmer’s crop, and you get a weekly box of fresh fruits and veggies. We’ve never done it before, but the reason we picked this one is because they have a weekly pickup location on Saturday mornings at St. Luke’s Church parking lot, across the street from MPH at 15th & Church. Thought I’d pass along the info.

Not to brag, but I also hit 95lbs on the shoulder press. Congrats to Michelle for getting 95lbs! Especially since you thought 65 was too much. Tamra, you are awsome. 300lbs is some serious weight!
