      Thanks to the 6 pm crew that stayed to cheer me on.

      Big thank you to everyone that has ever helped me into a band. Especially Mel and BK who bare the brunt of it. I couldn’t have done it without you.

    Thanks for getting my water bottle back to me. It’s very thoughtful.

    You’re right it felt amazing! My whole pull-up life flashed before my eyes. My initial sessions with John and Mel where I couldn’t do an assisted pull-up.. the day I did a belly flop off the bar at the globo. Graduating from body rows to the green band… the day I could suddenly do 20+ pull-ups on the green band. Now the 15 or so attempts it took me to get one kipping pull-up.
    I still have work to do on them, I haven’t escaped the bands just yet.

    However, it reminds me that everyday WE are writing the story to OUR next milestone. That’s what makes a PR/milestone so F@king cool! You know how much work you’ve put into. So when I can snatch in the triple digits I look forward to replaying the days where I did the WOD with the PVC, then women’s bar, and today…

    Thank you all for the well wishes and your support each and everyday. It means so much to me.
